Refund policy


All Sales Are Final

Thank you for shopping with us and for your support! Since every single hoodie is hand-printed and made just for you after your order, we can't accept returns or exchanges. This means all sales are final, and we cannot process cancellations once the order is placed.

Exceptions (Damaged or Incorrect Items)

Your satisfaction is important to us. We will accept returns and provide a refund or replacement under the following two conditions:

1. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately upon receipt (within 3 days of delivery).

To qualify for a refund due to damage:
Please email us at hello@luciddreamsca.com with your Order Number and clear photographic evidence showing the damage to the product and the packaging.

We will review the evidence and, if confirmed, we will provide instructions on how to proceed. We will cover the return shipping costs for confirmed damaged items.

2. Incorrect Item Received
If you received an item different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong size, wrong color, or wrong product), please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

To qualify for a refund due to an incorrect item:
Please email us at hello@luciddreamsca.com with your Order Number and a description or photograph of the item you received.

We will ship the correct item to you immediately or issue a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping for the incorrect item.

Processing Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
