Shipping policy

Please note that each piece is carefully handmade with love, ensuring you receive a unique, high-quality item.

Processing Times:

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we require a specific amount of time to prepare your order before it ships:

Standard Processing Time: Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed before shipment.

Sales & Holidays: During major sales, promotional events, and holidays, please allow 5–8 business days for processing before shipment.

U.S. Shipping:

The flat shipping rate for all orders within the U.S. is $8.

Fulfillment Information: Government holidays, adverse weather, and billing or fraud verifications may affect fulfillment time. All orders are shipped out Monday – Friday.

Tracking & Delivery:

Tracking information is automatically sent to the email address you provide at checkout. If you do not receive tracking information within 5–10 business days after the processing time mentioned above, please check your spam folder.

Important Note to All Customers in Germany:

Please note that orders from Germany will only be accepted for a short period during the pre-Christmas season. These orders will be shipped within Germany on December 19th. After this date, ordering from and shipping within Germany will be temporarily deactivated again. Shipping within Germany costs 5€.
